A Word From The Pastor For March

What a wonderful New Year it is becoming. God has been so gracious to us and provided so many blessings that it is impossible to recount each of them. Each day as I start my devotion I try and thank God for what He has done for and through us at Beulah. We have one of the most loving families around. You continue to amaze me at your willingness to sacrifice your time, energy and possessions to provide for Gods work. You come together so often in committees, classes, work projects and you serve and seek unity in all our efforts. You are growing in Grace each day as you are faithful and obedient to God. There isn’t a pastor in this state who could be more proud of a church family than I am. Thank you to each of you for faithfulness to God. My words will not come close though to the words of our Savior when you stand with Him in Glory. THANK EACH OF YOU SO MUCH.

During March our main focus will be on the 30 Hour Famine for World Hunger and the Parenting Series during the AM worship service. Please be in prayer for both of these. There is such a need for all of us to improve our skills in oversight of God’s children; we each need a refresher at times. We look around our country and see many people in need, yet the highest percentages of our people have far more than we need. It is time for us all to reevaluate our own standards of living and probably cut back a little on our extravagance. Take a look around this month and let’s see where we can help others. Start to look for needs of others instead of wants of ourselves.
